I grew up in St. Paul, MN, where I became a trained chef and began my career in Minnesota restaurants. Those early experiences led me to pursue a career in healthcare where I studied nutrition and received my Certified Dietary Manager accreditation.

For over 25 years, I have had the most rewarding career as a K-12 Food and Nutrition Director. Now, I've combined my love of that industry with continuing to help schools advance child nutrition as well as coaching my clients toward a healthy lifestyle.
